* Be online 30 minutes before the class to ensure all teaching material are functional and to help the students to setup any required tools.

b. Focus and adjust the outline of the course to that which students/learners ask about or are interested in learning.
c. Check with the learner if they are happy with the final outline or agenda (to confirm that the learner will give high-rate review).
d. It is recommended the instructor creates/provides exercises for the students.
e. Simplify explanations as much as possible.
f. Keep checking with students to ensure they are following.
g. In coding and/or programming courses, the students should type out the code and avoid copying/pasting.
Class breaks

Q and A
h. Open a Q&A session at the end of each class and confirm with learner(s) if that class met the learner’s expectation(s).
-Certificate
ICCD provide only soft copy of the certificates.
After the course ends, send a list of the students who attended at least 90% of the course so that they may be provided certificates.
ICCD will check the feedback from the students (learner) to rate the course and the instructor’s performance on a scale of 1 to 5.
If the course and/or instructor received a low rating (for example, 2 stars or lower), ICCD will investigate the reason why before paying the instructor.
Advice to instructor to get a high rate*
* Focus on exercises and make sure the students are doing the work correctly.
* Do the exercises with the students because the student could learn more by doing the exercises rather than merely listening.
* Pay attention to teaching how to use the software that’s being used.
